While this whole moving in and getting situated process has been crazy and chaotic, at the end of the day Tyler and I just walk around the house and we are without words. We just cannot believe how perfect the house is, and how smooth the whole process of buying a home was. I really say it when I mean it, but I would never go through this process again without you. Also, I never dreamt that I would honestly miss my real estate agent! You became such a big and important part of our lives, and we truly hope the best for you. So many years ago when I was a little girl, a doctor looked me in the face and said that by the age of 16 it was statistically possible that I would’ve at least attempted suicide at least one time in my life. He told me how so many people in my shoes become sad, depressed, and unsuccessful. Additionally, the grief, pain, and hard additionally, the grief, pain, and hardship that Tyler has gone through in his life, and with our children just add to the feeling of all of the odds being stacked against us. But we teach our kids that we are not a victim of circumstance and that we make our own way in this world. The things in our life that we have accomplished are nothing short of the grace of God working with us every day. And this process of buying a home falls in that same boat. I truly believe that people are put into your life for a reason. When Tyler told me a long time ago that he found a real estate agent that he was very interested in working with, I was nervous because it was one thing in my life that I had no control over, and that he was going to take full control over. Obviously, I’m not very smart when it comes to this whole homebuying process and he definitely took the reins on this one. So I was very nervous to meet you for the first time and to work with you. But after our first meeting, all of that was taken away. You were definitely an angel at this time of our life, and we hope that we can maintain a connection with you. we are so looking forward to the day when the house is ready and everything is situated and we can just sit on our brand-new couch and really enjoy a bottle of wine together. The kids absolutely love their new school, and they keep asking when you are going to come over and see the house! So if you’re ever in the area, and ready for a glass of wine, there is always a glass with your name on it in our home. We truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and I really mean it when I say I hope that we can maintain a connection with you. My mom raves about you, and she absolutely loves the house. I met Sonja when she sold the neighbors house across the street from mine. I knew that day when I was talking to her on my front porch that she was in the top 10% of real estate agents. There is just something different about a top producer and it shows the minute you meet them. I had some work to do on the house and circled back to her a month later. Once I signed the listing agreement she sprang into action. She starts by using a professional photographer, which is not normal for the industry, especially since my house was not in the luxury home category. From there she called me every Monday morning with a status update. This is an extremely hot market right now so the house sold in 9 days through another broker, over the list price. She stayed in constant contact with the other broker, the lender and escrow the entire time. Additionally, I live 90 minutes away from the house so Sonja would go to the property once a week to water and make sure everything was OK because it was a vacant investment property. This saved me from having to go weekly myself and I truly appreciate that! All the way up until the moment that the house closed, Sonja stayed in contact with me. You might think that's normal, and it should be, but it's not normal, it's the exception to have an agent that never takes their eye off the ball no matter what! We listed the property just before Thanksgiving and I told her I wanted it sold, closed and off my books in 2021 and she delivered! I'm in Puerto Rico right now enjoying the holidays, knowing that the buyer of my house is at home, enjoying his new home for the holidays!

We highly recommend Sonja Coffee for any one that is looking to purchase a new home. When we first started our search for our home we had a different realtor. For the first four months we couldn't get our offer to get accepted even when offering above market value. Then finally we decided to switch realtors, one of my good friends gave us Sonja's information. My fiancé got a hold of her, we told her about our four month search and tactics we had been using with the previous realtor just to get our offer looked at. That day she told us to select the houses we were considering so that she could set up appointments to look at them. Within a couple of days she set up the showings. For every house we went to she would gives information about the property, community, and re-sale value. That information is perfect specially for a guy that is not from California and has no knowledge of the properties here. When we decided on a home and it came time to writing the offer, Sonja took the initiative to write a letter to the sellers about us. Something that I had never heard of, only thing I heard from the other realtor was "we have to offer more money" :D. With in less than a week she was able to get our offer accept, not only was it accept but it was with a VA loan (which are kind of difficult to work with when selling a house due to regulations). The process went smooth after that and she worked with my schedule specially with me working very late. This is why I would highly recommend Sonja Coffee to any one, specially any veterans out there having a hard time getting their offer accept with the VA loan.

I contacted Sonja to sell my house after getting strong recommendations from my wife and another friend. Sonja represented both of them in the sale of their homes and the purchases of new property. They both had nothing but positive comments about her professionalism and sales skills. Sonja did an excellent job selling my house in a very short time even during COVID-19 restrictions. She suggested I list my house for a higher amount than I thought it was worth but she was confident of the homes value. We had an offer at the listed price in three days. There were challenges with the first buyer but even when the buyer dropped out of escrow Sonja aggressively followed up with previous offers and other interested buyers and locked down a second offer two days after the first one dropped. She pushed for a short escrow and stayed in contact keeping me informed every step of the way until the final close. I highly recommend Sonja for anybody that is serious about selling their home.

Sonja was our partner through the process of finding and purchasing our first family home, and we were fortunate to have her at every step. Sonja was dedicated, efficient and comprehensive in working with us to land in a home that we are extremely happy with. After finding a house that we initially adored, Sonja was thorough in guiding us through the offer and inspection process, securing quotes for repair work we were considering having done, and thoughtfully helping us consider whether we should continue pursuing the deal. After finding an incredible amount of deferred maintenance for which the seller was not willing to meet us half way, we eventually decided the first home was not the right fit. Immediately thereafter we began the search again, where Sonja found us homes meeting our renewed criteria (less deferred maintenance, among other things) and arranged viewings that worked around our complicated family schedule. Full disclosure: Sonja is a friend of mine. But that takes nothing away from her success in selling my house in such a short time -- especially since I was out of town for three weeks between the listing date and the closing. I have a cubicle and office business in Rancho Cucamonga and my landlord told me I needed to move because he was selling the building. I don't have a lot of experience leasing office space so I started driving around looking for office space in my area. I have known Sonja for quite a few years through the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce. So when it came time to sell my mom's condominium there was no doubt whom I would use. My mom had just passed away so it was quite an emotional situation when it came to selling her condo. I had informed my sister and her son that I would be engaging Sonja to represent us in the sale. Sonja was great. She was extremely empathetic with my sister, her son and me. She was in constant conversation with them and they loved her. Sonja's experience and professionalism shined through. Sonja is truly amazing. I chose Sonja to help me buy a house in Rancho Cucamonga because she was highly rated on zillow. I'm so glad I did! First, she objectively helped me choose the right house for me. I've worked with other agents that have tried to upsell any property just to get a deal done. But Sonja will tell you if it's not a good investment and point out negative things with an expert eye. Second, she was integral in getting my deal done. The sellers made it complicated and stressful, but Sonja guided me through it, fought for my interests, and supported me every step of the way. Third, I was selling my condo with a different agent (bc it was 80 miles away) who was horrible. Sonja did a good portion of his job for him. She kept all communication channels flowing (between house sellers, condo buyers, 2 escrow companies, and the banks) and always kept me up to date with what was going on. Real estate deals can be tough- emotionally, financially, mentally - and you need a good support system. You couldn't possibly have a better person to go through it with!

We would recommend Sonja to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Sonja is a wonderful balance of a top notch professional and a kind person always looking after your best interest. Throughout the entire process she was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We always felt she had our best interest in mind. She helped my husband and I buy our dream home. She was always available to answer our questions and ensured that we were able to get our dream home when sometimes it didn’t seem like it was going to happen. We were so impressed with Sonja’s knowledge and ability that we asked her to help us sell our home as well. She helped us understand what we needed to fix and update in our home to appeal to the most potential home buyers. I was very impressed with Sonja's knowledge to all the complicated procedures into selling a house. She always had a informative answer to our complicated questions. She was always very pleasant person to work with and be around. We felt as if she was always looking out for our best interest. I was amazed at her patience during some difficult circumstances in the sale of our house. I plan on buying a house next year, and I will be using Sonja as my Relator.
Sonja is a true professional. She responded to our request to view some houses almost immediately and took the time to understand our needs before suggesting different neighborhoods and types of homes for us. She was straightforward and straight-talking, always giving us her honest opinions during the home viewing process. And when we finally found a home to buy in Chino Hills, she was a joy to work with - detail oriented, very responsive, and effective.

My wife and I came to Sonja in March of 2015. We told her that we were expecting our first children in August and wanted to have a house before then. We were specific when it came to the area, home size and price we wanted to spend. Sonja was very proactive in finding us homes to view as well as keeping us up to date with ongoing property interest. Sonja was able to find us our dream home and close escrow within 2 months of our first contact, allowing us months to prep our home for our new bundle of joy. Sonja is the best! From the beginning of our search until the end she was very persistent and determined to find us the right home! My husband and I were pretty picky with our choice in homes and with the market becoming so competitive it was hard to find. Nonetheless, she was on it 100%, was very honest through the whole process, and just in time for our first baby to get here she found us the best home we could ask for! And we love it! She had the purchase process flow very smoothly, was a great negotiator and made sure all other parties involved were on top of their job as well. Her 13 years of experience pays off! I highly recommend Sonja Coffee! This is the second time I've worked with her and I have found her to be everything I could want in a realtor. She is extremely professional; has a very pleasant personality and knows her field. I also respect the fact that if she doesn't have an immediate answer - she will admit it and get the information in a very timely manner. She is realistic and doesn't give false hope, but at the same time, she goes out of her way to thoroughly market the product she is selling. My home is a case in point. In my neighborhood, there (still) are two other homes - the exact same floor plan as mine yet, they continue to remain on the market. Both went on the MLS at least one month prior to mine. Within days of my listing, my home had six offers and over 50 people showed up to the Open House hosted by Sonja. There is a difference and Sonja represents the best in her field! I cannot praise her enough and highly recommend her to anyone searching for a realtor in the Inland Empire.

Sonja is a wonderful person to hire for selling or buying a home. I know because she helped me buy my first home 6 years ago and she recently helped my mother sell her home. Sonja is a professional at what she does. Sonja is attentive to returning phone calls, is ready to answer any questions, completely honest, and serious about your goal whether it is too sell or buy a home. There is no fooling around with her business. You want to buy? She will be the one to get your home. You want to sell? Sonja is totally on it! She will sell your home. If your are serious, I highly recommend Sonja to do the job. Ever since I bought my home I can't stop referring people to her. I am supper happy with my home and have done some cosmetic work on it but that is ok, because that is what a first home is about. Lots of patience to make it our way and lots of love to go with it. Sonja's positive energy in helping us has followed us every time we walk in the door of our home. The truth, I had another person helping me buy my home. But, when I was given Sonja's phone number, i called and spoke to her and immediately I switch to her because of her kindness, honesty and passion to achieve my goal. •She is very professional and educated me on the current market conditions in my area.
•Had professional pictures taken of the property to show the true home.
•I have a very active dog that likes to take off. She took extra steps to make sure my dog was taken care of during all the showing.

Sonja Coffee negotiated a great deal for me and my family! It was a very smooth, no hassle deal. She is very personable and really cares about you! She took care of all the details and I felt very confident in her process. There was nothing for me to do except sign on the dotted line. She got us a great price for which I am very thankful for. She was available to me at all times, always returning my calls and taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Sonja Coffee was very efficient in finding out what my goals were and meeting them. She focuses on attention to detail and knows how to sell a house quickly with as minimum of expenditures as possible. I was very impressed in her perfectionism. She gave every opportunity for me to get regular and frequent updates in the status of my house on the market. Sonja had multiple ways in marketing my house for an optimum sale. I would highly recommend her as a real estate professional, as she will get you as close to what you want, in your preferred timeframe.
My husband and I recently sold our house. It was a long drawn out process that we never would have made it through if not for Sonja Coffee.
This was one of those deals where everything that could possibly go wrong DID. None of it was the fault of Sonja but she was the one who fixed it all. She did everything she needed to do as well as most of what the other agent should have been doing. She kept us updated every single step of the way and remained in constant contact with us. She was always available for our questions and never rushed us.
I honestly don’t know how she did anything else during the last 2 months of it because it seemed that all she did was call everyone to try to get this transaction closed. She was running around constantly and never stopped. She is the hardest worker I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
When we moved across country with the deal not closed we felt completely comfortable leaving our house in her hands. We knew we could count on her to keep it safe until the new owners finally moved in. She would not take short cuts just to get the job done. She did everything right.
We are more than happy with how she handled the whole thing. Sonja is hardworking, professional and trustworthy. I wish she lived on the east coast now so she could be my agent again when I buy a house. I cannot recommend her strongly enough.
